Introduction & Scope :

Rules governing the administration and use of Goa University Library shall come in to force 11th day of September of 1999 and shall be called as Goa University Library Rules. It shall be binding on each and every member/user of the Goa University Library . All the previously existing library rules and practices shall be superseded by this rules.

        These rules were framed, modified & adopted by the 1st Meeting of the Sixth Library Committee held on 28th August 1999. Further amendments and modifications if any will be made as when required by the Library Committee and shall be incorporated in this rules from time to time.
